Granny Pearl’s Smothered Hamburger with Mushroom/Gravy Sauce

Granny Pearl’s Smothered Hamburger with Mushroom/Gravy Sauce

Granny Pearl’s Smothered Hamburger with Mushroom/Gravy Sauce is an old family recipe that my Son gave me and begged me to make and I’m so glad I did. It came from the recipe box of his Great Grandmother Pearl who was one of the sweetest ladies and true Southerner from an era gone by.

It is a delectable dish that combines juicy meat patties with a rich and savory mushroom sauc. This makes for a symphony of flavors that meld together in perfect harmony. Each bite offers a tender and succulent burst of beef, complemented by the earthy notes of the mushroom gravy. Granny Pearl’s Smothered Hamburger with mushroom gravy is a comforting and satisfying dish that warms the heart and soul, evoking nostalgic memories of shared meals and treasured family traditions.
