Cut onions and mushrooms and set aside
Season hamburger meat in a medium bowl with seasoned salt, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder and Worcestershire. Add bread crumbs and eggs and mix thoroughly.
Melt 2 tablespoons butter in skillet. Caramelize the onions on medium heat and remove to a bowl. Add 2 Tablespoons of oil to skillet. Brown the Mushrooms and remove to same bowl as onions.
While cooking inion and mushrooms, form the hamburger into patties
Add plenty of flour to a plastic bag - roll hamburger patties in flour and set aside
Add 2 Tablespoons oil to skillet. Brown the Patties on each side on medium heat. Take the meat out and set aside
Add the same spice to the onions and mushrooms, sprinkle lightly.
Add the Cream of Mushroom soup to skillet.
Add a splash of Worcestershire.
Cook until gravy starts to turn brown
Add beef broth a little at a time until it reaches a slightly watery gravy consistency.(1-1/2 to 2 cups)
Add browned hamburger Patties back to the skillet
Reduce heat to Low. Simmer for 15 minutes then turn Pattieās over and simmer another 15 minutes. Add mushrooms and onions back to skillet and cook for 5 more minutes. Salt and pepper to taste
