Corn Cheese and Bacon. I mean come on this triad was meant for each other. Then add veggies like Bell Peppers, Jalapeño, and green onions. Cooked in heavy cream, sprinkled with Cayenne this recipe hits on all notes. Oh did I mention it’s got Cheese.
So here is one of my favorite family traditions. Cheesy Rice and Broccoli Casserole. Not just for Thanksgiving. I make dish this year round. And this recipe makes a lot. Which is a good thing. You can make this has spicy as you like.
