Just a fantastic creation of Andouille Sausage, corn, bell peppers and tomato. Seasoned well with those Cajun spices and then cooked in a heavy cream.  I mean come on.  One of my all time favorites.

Tangy and Sweet in that order is what I’m looking for in a cranberry sauce and this recipe provides just that. It is the perfect compliment to any turkey, chicken, or even pork on a fork. And as satisfying as this dish was to eat, it was equally satisfying to make. Call me crazy, but hearing those cranberries pop, and watching them meld into a thick sauce, was quite rewarding to me somehow. Please give this a try, I know you are going to love it.
