Voilà a French Coconut Pie Sweet silky smooth custard blended with coconut in the mix.  Brings a little joy in every bite.  And so easy to make.  I mean you saw the video.  A few ingredients and a little mixing.  Especially if you already have a pre baked pie shell ready to go.

Those creamy slightly roasted mashed potatoes on top of a medley of Beef, Peas, Carrots and seasonings. And on top of a flakey Pie Crust. I mean come on. This was a no-brainer. It really was brilliant.

Not only is the White Chocolate decorative but it delivers just the right amount of sweetness.  Not overly sweet.  Just sweet enough.    The Pistachios provide a little crunch.  The cookie has a texture similar to a Shortbread cookie, but not exactly.  

Here is what I really really love about these cookies.  I can make them in Advance, and Freeze them, so all I have to do is pull them out and bake when I’m ready.  Perfect preparation for the busy Holidays.

I love Chef John and his recipes, and I also love a good chicken recipe, so when I saw this dish I had to try it. And I’m glad that I did. It’s soooo flavorful with the two types of Hungarian Paprika, Garlic, and Onions. Then lay in the sour cream mixed with heavy cream in to the mix and you have a serious Wow factor going on.
