CRANBERRY APPLE COLESLAW
A nice side dish for the holidays especially good if you’re making a pork roast or tenderloin. For a crunchy, sweet, and tangy twist on traditional coleslaw, make this delicious Cranberry Apple Coleslaw. Toss the easy homemade dressing with coleslaw mix, dried cranberries, crisp apples, walnuts or pecans and green onions together and serve with a holiday meal, weeknight dinner, or a picnic or potluck. It’s a wonderful side dish for any time!

Ingredients:
Dressing:
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- ¾ cup plain yogurt
- 1/3 cup honey
- ½ teaspoon dried ground ginger
- Coleslaw:
- 14- ounce bag coleslaw mix
- 1 large apple cored and chopped
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- ½ cup walnuts or pecans, chopped
- 4 green onions chopped
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, combine the dressing ingredients.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate while making the coleslaw.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ingredients for the coleslaw. Add the dressing and toss well to combine.
Refrigerate until ready to serve
