1CupCoconut
1StickMelted Butter
1/3CupFlour
3/4CupPacked Light Brown Sugar
Instructions
Mix the sweet potatoes, cinnamon, 1 stick of melted butter, and 2 beaten eggs together. Place in buttered 8 x 8 casserole dish.
Mix 1 cup chopped pecans, 1 cup coconut, 1 stick melted butter, 1/3 cup flour, and ¾ cup packed brown sugar. Place on top of potatoes and bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes.
