Combine 2 teaspoons of flour and 2 teaspoons of sugar. Spread in the bottom of the pre baked, cooled crust.
Thoroughly mix the sugar and cocoa together, using your fingers to smooth out any lumps. Add beaten eggs, evaporated milk and vanilla. Whisk very well until smooth. Add melted butter and whisk until blended very well. Pour immediately into the pre baked pie crust.
Cover the crust edge with a pie ring to prevent over browning.
Bake 9” pie for 35 minutes or Bake 11” pie for 1 hour. Pie should be completely set. No jiggle
Cool completely then refrigerate. Usually overnight
