* 2 cans Cream of Mushroom with Roasted Garlic soup
* 2 cans Cream of Chicken with Herb soup
* 2 15 oz jars of Cheese Whiz
* 7 oz of Mexican Creama!/2 Bottle
* Louisiana Gold Pepper Sauce
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 375F
Prepare 2 cups of long grain rice per package directions.
Steam 2 large bunches of fresh broccoli until tender. Cool and rough chop.
Mix cooked rice and chopped broccoli in a large bowl. Set aside.
Melt butter in a 12” skillet over low heat.
Add onion and bell pepper and sauté until crisp/tender..
Add the soups and mix well. Continue with low heat.
Add Cheeze Whiz and mix well.
Add 7 oz of Mexican Cream, and mix well.
Add about 2.5 oz of pepper sauce and mix well.
Mix cheese mixture with rice mixture.
Pour into a lightly greased 9 1/2 X 13-inch casserole dish.
Bake @ 375 for 45 minutes until lightly browned, hot

Note: If you like it spicy, add chopped jalapeños or use a spicy pepper sauce. This recipe can easily be divided in half.
