1/2cupchopped seeded tomato(I used grape tomatoes quartered because they hold up so well)
2tablespoonschopped green onions
3cupsshredded lettuce(I like to use green leaf lettuce)
4bacon strips(cooked and crumbled)
Instructions
In a bowl, combine the first 4 ingredients. Add the macaroni, tomato and onions; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate. Just before serving, add lettuce and bacon; toss to coat.
