For the Crust:
- 1 cup crushed pretzels
- 11 ounces Keebler pecan shortbread cookies crushed
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 7 tbsp unsalted butter melt more if needed
For the Chocolate Ganache:
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 6 1 ounce squares semisweet chocolate, chopped or dark chocolate. I used 6 ounces of Ghirardelli semisweet chips.
For the Cream Cheese Layer:
- 1 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 heavy whipping cream
- 5 medium bananas or more as needed
For the Pudding Layer:
- 3 cups milk
- 2 3.4 ounce packages instant chocolate pudding mix or vanilla if you choose

- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp grated semisweet chocolate or to taste
